A Sneak Peek at Your Future Role
As a Data Solutions Manager, you will join Data Solutions, a Groupe-wide initiative dedicated to delivering comprehensive data and reporting solutions for Publicis Media's key Global Network Clients (working across agency brands such as Zenith, Starcom, and Spark). By collaborating with critical internal stakeholders, the team excels in understanding and analyzing reporting requirements, defining business rules, and spearheading the development of proprietary data technology for Publicis.
You will serve as the technical liaison between the Project Management team, who gather requirements directly with clients, and the technical and Business Intelligence teams who build the solutions. Your role is to translate those requirements into precise technical briefings, steering development and delivery processes through to successful completion, while overseeing data integrity, dashboard functionality, and project timelines to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Here Are the Key Tasks You'll Be Working on Every Day
Ensure best-in-class technical support to the PM/account team, consolidating comprehensive solutions that meet and exceed the requirements they bring to you.
Deliver precise timelines and actionable next steps with effective solutions, maintaining transparent communication with the PM team on status updates.
Strategically prioritize workload across accounts to support client satisfaction and deliver exceptional value.
Participate in regular alignment meetings with the PM team, gathering requirements and feedback to keep the Data Solutions and wider reporting team aligned with servicing objectives.
Proactively identify potential issues or improvements in the technical solution and flag them to the PM team, guiding them toward optimal solutions pre-emptively.
Support client health by thoroughly documenting and reporting key technical developments and processes to the PM team, maintaining high standards of accountability and continuous improvement.
Coordinate the integration of data inputs into the data model via API bridges, catch-all templates, or automated and scheduled reporting systems, working with the Backend team on implementation.
Develop and approve KPI solutions in collaboration with the PM team, ensuring the client's narrative (as relayed by the PM) is accurately reflected in the reporting build, and perform regression testing for each change implementation.
Ensure the integrity and quality of dashboard data, maintaining alignment between source data and platform outputs by liaising with technical teams.
Conduct data explorations within media platform interfaces to address new or evolving requirements, delivering actionable insights to the Business Intelligence team for further development.
Develop dashboard wireframes and present them to the PM team for validation, followed by clear, detailed briefings to the Business Intelligence team upon final approval.
Collaborate with Data Governance to deliver QA dashboard briefings, with clear visualizations that surface data quality issues so they can be addressed effectively.
Oversee the testing of dashboard functionality and data quality, coordinating with technical teams to ensure robust performance.
Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of dashboard errors in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring timely, effective solutions.
Own data transfer to non-Publicis users, maintaining strict adherence to data security standards and protocols.
